Returns & Refunds Policy

At Trust & Travel, we operate a promotional contest. Participants can register for free. Each registration counts as one valid entry into the giveaway. Please read this policy carefully before participating.

Cancellation & Refunds

• All registrations are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of whether you win the giveaway or not.

• Once a registration is submitted through our website or WhatsApp bot, the entry is automatically confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

• Since registrations are digital entries into a promotional contest, there is no physical product to return.
  

Participation

• Each registration is considered one valid entry into the giveaway.

• The winner will be selected through a lucky draw and announced on Diwali day via email and/or WhatsApp/SMS.

• The prize (a free international travel experience covering five countries) is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
  

Exceptional Cases

• In the rare event of a technical error (e.g., duplicate submission or failed entry), corrections may be processed after verification.

• Such cases must be reported within 7 days by emailing us at trustandtravel@gmail.in.
